Hilary Crook
Founder, CEO and Lead Consultant
I am a seasoned revenue growth leader with over 17 years of experience in transforming businesses from the ground up. My journey spans across start-ups, mid-sized companies, and large enterprises, with a strong focus on the technology, SaaS, and cloud sectors. Throughout my career, I’ve been dedicated to driving substantial revenue growth and operational excellence. I have built over 12 teams from scratch, exceeding targets with a keen sense of training, onboarding, lead generation and sales operations. I have my BA from Augsburg College, my JD from Mitchel Hamline School of Law and my MA from the Carlson School of Management. In my free time, I love to spend time at the zoo (I mean my house) with my spouse, 2 lovely kids, our foreign exchange student, 1 dog, 3 cats and lots of friends! I love to travel – specifically to Norway.
Michelle “Missy” Schussler

With more than 20 years of leadership and transferable skills experience in the financial services and not-profit industries, I’ve gained a solid reputation for being a forward-thinker with a strong interpersonal and communication skills, leading initiatives to successful implementation. I’m driven by people and collaboration, which helps me both develop, and maintain relationships with colleagues, teams, external and internal customers. I’m a Qualified Project Manager and attained a Mini Master of Project Management from the University of St. Thomas. I maintain an active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and am currently pursuing a Lean Six Sigman Green Belt. Life is a busy balancing act; I love spending time with my spouse, three children and two dogs. I also love to cook, entertain and travel to ocean beaches.

My creative design background and intuitive communication skills, combined with my MBA, equip me with a unique hybrid of expertise and recognized value to the organizations I have been privileged to serve. I am a strategy and data junkie with a passion for persuasive storytelling and omni-channel content creation. In addition to making human connections – nature and travel are my favorite experiences, which I love sharing with my partner, two children, and three canines!

My degree is from Temple University in Business Administration and Economics. As son of a Kung Fu Master, I understand dedication and teamwork.

Long ago, I worked on the yearbook staff in high school. I didn’t give it much thought until lately, but that’s where and when I first learned and discovered a love for page design. Fast forward, a career in theatrical costuming, a career as a travel agent, and a day care provider, I started dabbling online with blogging. After my first business coach hired me to work as a VA which led to maintaining her, and other’s websites, I was HOOKED. I started playing around with my own stuff then offering to build sites for my friends. I had so much fun doing it, because it put together both my analytical sides with my creativity. I love a good puzzle and helping people solve theirs. I currently live in Minnesota with my husband and two children. You can often find me around cats.
